可以同时检测链霉素跟双氢链霉素，间接竞争ELISA的IC50值约为1ppb。

Streptomycin monoclonal antibody (47F3 cell line) has high potency, good sensitivity,

 and 100% cross reactivity with dihydrostreptomycin. It can simultaneously detect both 

streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin, and indirectly compete with ELISA with an IC50 

value of about 1ppb.
